Q: How long will my delivery take?
If your item is in stock, we aim to have your order with you within two working days from the date of order.
Q: I haven't received a confirmation email. Has my order gone through?
An automated email would have been sent to the email address that was submitted. If a confirmation email is not received within 24 hours of the order being placed please contact our online sales department on online@oandp.co.uk
Q: What payment methods can I use?
O&P accepts Visa (except Visa Electron), MasterCard, Switch and Solo.
Q: It's asking for an issue number but I don't have one. What should I do?
This is only applicable for Solo/Switch cards. If you are not using one of these payment types please ignore this box.
Q: It's asking for a security code. Where can I find this?
The Card security code is the last three digits on the signature strip on the reverse of the card.
Q: How will my order be delivered?
Your items are sent normally either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required. Once your order is dispatched these are both, normally, next day delivery services.
Q: What are your delivery charges?
The delivery charges are £5 for mainland UK delivery and £10 for all international orders.
Q: Are your delivery charges per item?
Deliveries are charged per order.
Q: Can I apply my NUS discount?
At present we are unable to apply NUS discount via our online sales and mail order service.
Q: When will you take payment?
Payment will be taken at the time of your order.

Q: How many items can I order?
There is no limit! You are free to purchase as many items from O & P as you please.
Q: No one's ever at my house. Can I receive my delivery at my work address?
Yes. You are now able to specify an alternate address for delivery.
Q: Can I use credit notes / gift vouchers over the internet?
At present we are unable to accept gift vouchers / credit notes via our online service.
Q: The item I want is not on the website.
Unfortunately we do not have our whole catalogue on the website. For up to date stock availability please visit our store in Birmingham.
Q: How do I know if my item is in stock?
If the item you have ordered is unavailable or temporarily out of stock we will endeavour to contact you via email or telephone as soon as possible.
Q: Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to all countries worldwide.
