Returns

If you are unhappy with your online purchase for any reason, we will accept items not worn, used or damaged for a refund if received within 7 days of delivery.

We will be happy to offer you a full refund, exchange or a credit note. Simply package the item securely and include the invoice and a short note explaining the reason for the return and whether you require a refund, exchange or credit note. Be sure to include your name, address and order number in all correspondence.

Please note:

• Delivery costs will not be refunded.
• A refund or exchange will not be made on any items which appear used or worn.
• A refund or exchange will not be made on any items which appear to have been damaged deliberately.
• Please note that we do not accept returns at our retail outlet.
• Any refunds will be provided via the original payment method.
