We aim to despatch UK orders to you within the time period specified by the delivery option you select, from placement of order(s). Please allow an additional 7 working days for international orders.

All orders are normally sent via Royal Mail services. Please note that all orders received over the weekend and after 5pm on a weekday will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders require signature on receipt.

Should you require a refund, please note delivery will have to be paid to send the goods and previous delivery charges will not be refunded.

Simply package the item securely and include the invoice and a short note explaining the reason for the return and whether you require a refund, exchange or credit note. Be sure to include your name, address and order number in all correspondence.
