Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

We aim to despatch UK orders to you within the time period specified by the delivery option you select, from placement of order(s). Please allow an additional 7 working days for international orders.

All orders are normally sent via one of the following services, Royal Mail/myHermes/ParcelForce/DPD. Please note that all orders received over the weekend, public holidays and after 3pm on a weekday will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders require a signature on receipt.

Should you require a refund, please note return delivery will have to be paid by the customer to send the goods and previous original delivery charges will not be refunded.

Please note: There is a slight chance that your order could have a delayed delivery due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.

RETURNS

 

NON-JEWELLERY ITEMS

If you are unhappy with your online purchase for any reason, we will accept items not worn, unused or undamaged for a refund if received within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned to us in their original condition.

We will be happy to offer you a full refund, exchange or a credit note. Simply package the item securely and include the invoice and a short note explaining the reason for the return and whether you require a refund, exchange or credit note. Be sure to include your name, address and order number in all correspondence. Returns must be sent via recorded / signature delivery.

Please note:

Return delivery costs will be at the cost of the buyer and will not be refunded.

  • A refund, exchange or credit note will not be made on any items which appear used or worn.
  • A refund, exchange or credit note will not be made on any items which appear to have been damaged deliberately.
  • Please note that we do not accept returns for items purchased at our retail store.
  • Any refunds will be provided via the original payment method.
