DELIVERY
We aim to despatch UK orders to you within theĀ time period specified by the delivery option you select,Ā from placement of order(s).Ā Please allow an additionalĀ 7 working days for international orders.
All orders are normally sent via Royal Mail services. Please note that all orders received over the weekend and after 5pm on a weekday will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders require signature on receipt.
Should you require a refund, please note delivery will have to be paid to send the goods and previous delivery charges will not be refunded.

RETURNS

Due to the high demand of sales during our Summer Sale, weĀ can only accept returns via post. Customers will not be able to make online returns in-store during the Summer Sale.Ā Customers wishing to return an online order must post the items back to our store address within 7 days of receiving the order; a member of our online team will contact you once the item has been received.
NON-JEWELLERY ITEMS
If you are unhappy with your online purchase for any reason, we will accept items not worn, used or damaged for a refund if received within 7 days of delivery.
We will be happy to offer you a full refund, exchange or a credit note. Simply package the item securely and include the invoice and a short note explaining the reason for the return and whether you require a refund, exchange or credit note. Be sure to include your name, address and order number in all correspondence.
Please note:
Delivery costs will not be refunded.
- A refund or exchange will not be made on any items which appear used or worn.
- A refund or exchange will not be made on any items which appear to have been damaged deliberately.
- Please note that we do not accept returns at our retail outlet.
- Any refunds will be provided via the original payment method.
